Returns & Refunds

At Noelle & Co, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@noelle-and-co.com and include your order number along with photos of the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

As our products are produced on demand, the EU right of withdrawal does not apply to orders once production has begun, except where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
